You see the full cost before you book. Booking for the household? Add up to 4 more people at the same address for £40 each, arranged when you book. Offices, gyms and other groups can ask for a group quote.

Every price includes the home visit, the lab fee and your results, and every test is booked with a 25% deposit. Need something else? Just ask.
Do I need a GP referral?
No. You can book directly. If your GP or hospital has asked for a blood test and you can’t get to the surgery, we can take it at home using their request form and deliver it to the hospital lab, with results going back to your GP.
How do I pay?
Every test and package is booked with a 25% deposit, which secures your visit. We confirm the full price and how the balance is paid when we arrange your appointment.
Do I need to fast?
Some tests need a fasting sample. We tell you when you book, and offer early-morning visits so you are not waiting long for breakfast. Drink plenty of water either way.
How quickly will I get results?
Most results arrive within 2–3 days. Some specialist tests take longer, and we confirm the timing before your visit.
Which areas do you cover?
We visit anywhere within 15 miles of Romsey. That includes Whiteparish, Salisbury, Downton, West Wellow, Fordingbridge, Totton and Lyndhurst. Visits up to 5 miles from Romsey have no travel charge; further out adds £5 or £10. See the travel zones. Southampton and Winchester are covered by arrangement on set days.

Yes. Being at home already helps. Tell us when you book and we will allow extra time, talk you through each step and stop whenever you ask.
Can I change or cancel my visit?
Yes, just let us know as soon as you can. Changes made at least 48 hours before your visit are free; please see our terms for details.
